Shipping

If the products are in stock, they should ship within 24-48 hours. Free Shipping brings your purchase to your address, but any additional charges for special handling or lift-gate up-charge (heavy box delivered to a residence for example) will be the responsibility of the customer and quoted before your purchase is processed. Due to Covid, sometimes shipping can take longer than anticipated.

Warranty

As an authorized Echelon Fit dealer, your order is guaranteed to come with their 1 year warranty.

Returns

Damages: Please inspect the packaging and your item as soon as they arrive. If you notice any damage please take photos and send to support@indoorrowingco.com. We will process an insurance claim on our behalf.

Cancellations and refunds: All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has been shipped, you(the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Echelon products may be returned in their original condition for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. The buyer will also be responsible for paying the shipping charges both directions(even though you did not pay shipping when you purchased, you will be responsible for paying our hard shipping costs).

To receive a refund, this means the product must be brand new, in re-sellable condition(including but not limited to being free of scratches and/or dents) and returned in its original box with tags, user manual, and charger.

In order to process a return, you must contact support@indoorrowingco.com within 30 days of receiving your machine. Please provide photos and a reason for the return.

Refund amount is determined at Indoor Rowing Co.'s discretion. Refunds will be made to the customer's original payment method.
