Shipping & Dellivery
If the item is in stock, it ship within 24-48 hours. Due to Covid-19 there could be some unexpected delays in shipping.
Our larger items ship Freight and are delivered via curbside delivery.
Returns
- All returns must be agreed to and authorized by Indoor Rowing Co.
- If Indoor Rowing Co. approves your return or repair, the product must be returned for inspection before we can replace or refund your order.
- The returned product must be properly re-packed in its original packaging and sent in new-like condition with a copy of the original invoice.

- A 20% restocking fee will be applicable to returned items.
